We extensively gather local data, confirm the needs of local teams, and understand local issues before each project begins. After multiple discussions and designs, we outline the itinerary. Once the plan is finalized, we begin testing individual and overall aspects of the itinerary, inviting our members and interested parties to join exploratory teams. We then make adjustments based on feedback.
